Are you looking for a wonderful list of children’s books set in Virginia? Here are some of our favorites! Each of these children’s books is either set in Virginia or features a person who has close ties to the state. There are more U.S. presidents from Virginia than any other state, and the Shenandoah Valley is a beautiful, scenic area for hiking and exploring. Our family has had the great privilege of touring Old Williamsburg and multiple presidential homes, and I cannot recommend them all enough!
