Have you ever heard of this Historical Tales: Ancient India series? I was so excited to find it because it’s often difficult to find lots of children’s literature about ancient history. These are great for quick read-aloud chapter books or first chapter books for early readers. We read all four of them, and they really were great supplements to our study of ancient India.
