Children’s Books About the Harlem Renaissance

The Harlem Renaissance was a truly fascinating time in black history, and I have compiled a list of children’s books that will help your child learn more. In a nutshell, the Harlem Renaissance was an intellectual and artistic revival of black art, music, and literature that was birthed out of Harlem, New York during the 1920s. I learned so much as my kids and I read through some of these picture books, and I hope your family will too!
